Multiple Shipments

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
